How does your subscription work?
At checkout, customers can purchase one time or set up a Subscribe & Save subscription that allows them to save 5% on the purchase and set up regular orders and shipments. Subscriptions can be modified, canceled, or skipped at any time.
How do I adjust my order?
Subscribers are sent an email a few days before the order is processed. To make any adjustments, click on the link in that email and log in to your account.
Do I need an account to order?
No. However, creating an account allows you to receive shipment notifications and tracking.
Is there a limit to the number of vitamins that I can order?
Yes, the maximum is five (5) units of each item per order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Amazon Pay, and Paypal.
What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with a product, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns and to process your return.
How do I update my shipping or billing information?
You can log in to your account on our website at raisethemwell.com to update your address.
How do I reset my password?
If you forget your password or need to change it, enter your email address on our website and choose the “reset password” option.
Do you ship internationally?
We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We offer several shipping options.
If you choose free shipping, then delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to process all orders within one business day. However, once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over the speed or accuracy of delivery.
If you have an account with us, you can track your package. If an order shows that it has been delivered but has not, we recommend waiting one day, checking with neighbors, and contacting your local post office or carrier.
We also offer options through UPS that do offer guarantees. We prioritize these orders and deliver them to the carrier within 24 hours. If your order does not arrive in time, please contact UPS directly.
What is the cost of shipping?
We offer free shipping within the United States or, for quicker delivery, paid shipping through UPS. Those fees vary based on the package size and weight.
Can I make changes to my order?
We ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your products promptly. So, as a result, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to alter or change your order as it may have already shipped. That said, please contact us as quickly as possible at email@example.com, and we will do our best to change your order before it’s shipped.
Is there an order minimum?
No. There is no minimum order.
How do I track my order?
If you have an account with Raise Them Well, you can sign up for text or email updates.
I have a problem with my order. What should I do? (ie: damaged product, seal broken, can’t open the bottle, missing order, etc.)

Where do I apply my promo code?
Please apply your coupon code at checkout, which is the screen AFTER the cart.
Can I use more than one promo code per order?
Only one promo code can be used at a time.

Besides receiving a 5% discount on every order you place, Subscribe & Save allows you to set up automatic shipments on your chosen schedule, so you never have to worry about running out of vitamins or other essential products. Additionally, if we are running low on stock, we prioritize our Subscribe & Save orders.

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I change my shipment date?
Log in to your Raise Them Well account to change the date. If you have trouble, please email us at email@example.com.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
