Calming routine
I've purchased 3 of these Calming Magnesium roll on Applicators, and had a friend recently purchase one as well. The lavender scent and the bedtime routine of easily applying the product on the kids and myself, has a calming effect in itself. I've been reading more and more about the benefits of magnesium to our bodies. This product helps me feel better about adding this mineral to our daily routine. The kids love that they can apply it by themselves!

I've tried other brands of magnesium oil, but Raise Them Well brand has been superior. My son went from having restless sleep with restless legs to sleeping all night, seldom waking and if he does, he falls back asleep. The improvement with his sleep has also improved his mood and so much more. Incredibly grateful for finding this brand and this product.

My 3.5 year old daughter finally is able to sleep through the night since using this. Didn't notice the difference the first few nights so maybe it takes a little time to be affective but I know I will make sure to have this on hand from here on out. Love the fact that it helps with sleep WITHOUT melatonin and since magnesium has many health benefits, I feel like I am giving her more than just restful sleep.
